HR\u3001\u54e1\u5de5\u5065\u5eb7\u53ca\u4eba\u624d\u6c38\u7e8c\u9ad8\u5ea6\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u300c\u54e1\u5de5\u610f\u898b\u8abf\u67e5\u300d\u6b63\u5f0f\u7d0d\u5165 ESG \u793e\u6703\u9762\u8a55\u9451\u6307\u6a19\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u4ee3\u8868\u4f01\u696d\u672a\u4f86\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u8981\u77e5\u9053\u300c\u54e1\u5de5\u6eff\u4e0d\u6eff\u610f\u300d\uff0c\u66f4\u9700\u8981\u5efa\u7acb\u6301\u7e8c\u8046\u807d\u54e1\u5de5\u3001\u8fa8\u8b58\u7d44\u7e54\u554f\u984c\u3001\u63d0\u51fa\u6539\u5584\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4e26\u63ed\u9732\u57f7\u884c\u6210\u679c\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u6a5f\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>2026 ESG \u8a55\u9451\uff1a\u793e\u6703\u9762\u6bd4\u91cd\u63d0\u9ad8\u81f3 31%<\/h2>\n<p>2026 \u5e74 ESG \u8a55\u9451\u5171\u5305\u542b 75 \u9805\u8a55\u9451\u6307\u6a19\u3002\u76f8\u8f03\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u6cbb\u7406\u8a55\u9451\uff0c\u65b0\u5236\u5ea6\u91cd\u65b0\u8abf\u6574 E\u3001S\u3001G \u4e09\u500b\u69cb\u9762\u7684\u6bd4\u91cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6cbb\u7406\u9762\uff08G\uff09\uff1a48%<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u793e\u6703\u9762\uff08S\uff09\uff1a31%<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u74b0\u5883\u9762\uff08E\uff09\uff1a21%<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u793e\u6703\u9762\u7531\u539f\u672c\u7d04 23% \u63d0\u5347\u81f3 31%\uff0c\u4e26\u65b0\u589e\u4eba\u6b0a\u76e1\u8077\u8abf\u67e5\u3001\u54e1\u5de5\u5bb6\u5ead\u7167\u9867\u53ca\u96e2\u8077\u7387\u8b8a\u5316\u7b49\u76f8\u95dc\u6307\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u4ee3\u8868\u4f01\u696d ESG \u7ba1\u7406\u4e0d\u80fd\u53ea\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u78b3\u6392\u3001\u80fd\u6e90\u8207\u516c\u53f8\u6cbb\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u54e1\u5de5\u8207\u4eba\u624d\u8b70\u984c\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u6b63\u5728\u63d0\u9ad8\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>S-22\uff1a\u54e1\u5de5\u610f\u898b\u8abf\u67e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u7d0d\u5165 ESG \u8a55\u9451<\/h2>\n<p>2026 ESG \u8a55\u9451\u4e2d\uff0cS-22 \u6307\u6a19\u660e\u78ba\u95dc\u6ce8\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u300c\u516c\u53f8\u662f\u5426\u5b9a\u671f\u9032\u884c\u54e1\u5de5\u610f\u898b\u8abf\u67e5\uff0c\u4e26\u63ed\u9732\u5176\u5be6\u65bd\u60c5\u5f62\u53ca\u6539\u5584\u8a08\u756b\u3002\u300d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u53e5\u8a71\u5176\u5be6\u5305\u542b\u4e09\u500b\u5c64\u6b21\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7b2c\u4e00\uff0c\u5b9a\u671f\u8abf\u67e5\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4f01\u696d\u4e0d\u80fd\u53ea\u5076\u723e\u9032\u884c\u4e00\u6b21\u54e1\u5de5\u554f\u5377\uff0c\u800c\u9700\u8981\u5efa\u7acb\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u7684\u54e1\u5de5\u8046\u807d\u6a5f\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7b2c\u4e8c\uff0c\u63ed\u9732\u5be6\u65bd\u60c5\u5f62\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4f8b\u5982\u8abf\u67e5\u7bc4\u570d\u3001\u53c3\u8207\u60c5\u6cc1\u3001\u4e3b\u8981\u8b70\u984c\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7b2c\u4e09\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u6539\u5584\u8a08\u756b\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u8abf\u67e5\u5b8c\u6210\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u5fc5\u9808\u601d\u8003\uff1a\u767c\u73fe\u4e86\u4ec0\u9ebc\u554f\u984c\uff1f\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\u6e96\u5099\u600e\u9ebc\u6539\u5584\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cESG \u8a55\u9451\u771f\u6b63\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u4f01\u696d\u300c\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u767c\u554f\u5377\u300d\uff0c\u800c\u662f\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u54e1\u5de5\u8072\u97f3\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u771f\u6b63\u9032\u5165\u4f01\u696d\u7ba1\u7406\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\u5f9e\u300c\u54e1\u5de5\u6eff\u610f\u5ea6\u300d\u6539\u6210\u300c\u54e1\u5de5\u610f\u898b\u300d\uff0c\u5dee\u5728\u54ea\u88e1\uff1f<\/h2>\n<p>\u9019\u6b21\u65b0\u5236\u5ea6\u9084\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u975e\u5e38\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u6587\u5b57\u8b8a\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2025
