Promotion\uff09\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u5065\u6aa2\u8207\u904b\u52d5\uff0c\u66f4\u662f\u6db5\u84cb\u653f\u7b56\u3001\u74b0\u5883\u3001\u793e\u5340\u52d5\u54e1\u5230\u500b\u4eba\u884c\u52d5\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c07\u4f9d\u64da\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54\uff08WHO\uff09\u8207\u53f0\u7063\u5be6\u52d9\u63a8\u52d5\u67b6\u69cb\uff0c\u6df1\u5165\u89e3\u6790\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u9818\u57df\u8207\u61c9\u7528\u5834\u57df\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u7406\u89e3\u9019\u9805\u8de8\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u5de5\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\u5305\u542b\u54ea\u4e9b\u9818\u57df\uff1f\u5f9e\u6e25\u592a\u83ef\u61b2\u7ae0\u770b\u4e94\u5927\u6838\u5fc3\u884c\u52d5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8ac7\u5230\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\u5305\u542b\u54ea\u4e9b\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54\uff08WHO\uff09\u57281986\u5e74\u300a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hpa.gov.tw\/EngPages\/List.aspx?nodeid=4637\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u6e25\u592a\u83ef\u61b2\u7ae0<\/a>\u300b\u4e2d\u4fbf\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u660e\u78ba\u7684\u4e94\u5927\u884c\u52d5\u67b6\u69cb\uff0c\u81f3\u4eca\u4ecd\u662f\u5168\u7403\u5065\u5eb7\u653f\u7b56\u63a8\u52d5\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u4f9d\u64da\u3002\u9019\u4e94\u5927\u884c\u52d5\u4e0d\u50c5\u63ed\u793a\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u4e5f\u63d0\u4f9b\u6211\u5011\u4e86\u89e3\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\u5305\u542b\u54ea\u4e9b\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u8996\u89d2\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. \u5efa\u7acb\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5c07\u5065\u5eb7\u8b70\u984c\u7d0d\u5165\u5404\u9805\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u83f8\u5bb3\u9632\u5236\u6cd5\u3001\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u689d\u4f8b\u7b49\uff0c\u8b93\u653f\u5e9c\u5f9e\u5236\u5ea6\u5c64\u9762\u652f\u6301\u5168\u6c11\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u5275\u9020\u652f\u6301\u6027\u7684\u74b0\u5883<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8a2d\u8a08\u6709\u5229\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u8207\u751f\u6d3b\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u5982\u7121\u83f8\u8077\u5834\u3001\u5065\u5eb7\u98f2\u98df\u9910\u5ef3\u3001\u53cb\u5584\u6821\u5712\u7b49\uff0c\u8b93\u6c11\u773e\u81ea\u7136\u505a\u51fa\u5065\u5eb7\u9078\u64c7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. \u5f37\u5316\u793e\u5340\u884c\u52d5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9f13\u52f5\u6c11\u773e\u53c3\u8207\u5728\u5730\u5065\u5eb7\u63a8\u52d5\uff0c\u5982\u793e\u5340\u5065\u8d70\u968a\u3001\u5728\u5730\u98f2\u98df\u6559\u80b2\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u5f7c\u6b64\u652f\u6301\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u793e\u7fa4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. \u767c\u5c55\u500b\u4eba\u5065\u5eb7\u6280\u80fd<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u900f\u904e\u6559\u80b2\u8207\u8a13\u7df4\u589e\u5f37\u500b\u4eba\u5065\u5eb7\u8b58\u80fd\uff0c\u5982\u71df\u990a\u5b78\u7fd2\u3001\u58d3\u529b\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u904b\u52d5\u7fd2\u6163\u5efa\u7acb\uff0c\u8b93\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u80fd\u4e3b\u52d5\u638c\u63e1\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. \u91cd\u65b0\u5b9a\u4f4d\u5065\u5eb7\u670d\u52d9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5c07\u91ab\u7642\u7cfb\u7d71\u7531\u300c\u6cbb\u7642\u5c0e\u5411\u300d\u8f49\u5411\u300c\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\u5c0e\u5411\u300d\uff0c\u5982\u5b9a\u671f\u5065\u5eb7\u7be9\u6aa2\u3001\u75be\u75c5\u9810\u9632\u5ba3\u5c0e\u8207\u793e\u5340\u8aee\u8a62\u670d\u52d9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\u5305\u542b\u54ea\u4e9b\u9818\u57df\uff1f\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u5834\u57df\u7684\u5ef6\u4f38\u61c9\u7528\u5f9e\u5b78\u6821\u5230\u8077\u5834<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8981\u6df1\u5165\u7406\u89e3<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.walkii-health.com\/en_US\/worksite-health-promotion\/\">\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032<\/a><\/strong>\u5305\u542b\u54ea\u4e9b\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u53ea\u505c\u7559\u5728\u653f\u7b56\u8207\u7406\u8ad6\u5c64\u9762\uff0c\u66f4\u9700\u8981\u7d50\u5408\u5be6\u969b\u61c9\u7528\u5834\u57df\u9032\u884c\u89c0\u5bdf\u3002\u5f9e\u5b78\u6821\u3001\u8077\u5834\u5230\u793e\u5340\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u5834\u57df\u5c0d\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u8207\u63a8\u52d5\u65b9\u5f0f\u5404\u6709\u7279\u8272\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u70ba\u5e7e\u500b\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u5be6\u65bd\u7bc4\u7587\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\u5b78\u6821\u7684\u516d\u5927\u9762\u5411\uff1a<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u601d\u8003\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\u5305\u542b\u54ea\u4e9b\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5be6\u8e10\u65b9\u5f0f\u6642\uff0c\u5c0e\u5165\u6578\u4f4d\u5de5\u5177\u662f\u73fe\u4ee3\u7d44\u7e54\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u5728\u4f01\u696d\u6216\u5b78\u6821\u63a8\u52d5\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u7d50\u5408\u50cf<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.walkii-health.com\/en_US\/\"> Walkii<\/a><\/strong> \u9019\u6a23\u7684\u6578\u4f4d\u5065\u5eb7\u7ba1\u7406\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u5c31\u80fd\u8b93\u6574\u9ad4\u898f\u5283\u66f4\u5177\u6548\u7387\u3001\u53c3\u8207\u5ea6\u8207\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u3002Walkii
