class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u5c0d\u4f01\u696d\u6216\u500b\u4eba\uff0c\u300c<strong>\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032<\/strong>\u300d\u4e0d\u518d\u53ea\u662f\u7406\u8ad6\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c07\u5e36\u9818\u4f60\u5f9e\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\u7684\u5b9a\u7fa9\u3001\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u5230\u6700\u95dc\u9375\u7684\u300c\u8077\u5834\u5be6\u6230\u843d\u5730\u300d\uff0c\u4e26\u5354\u52a9\u4f60\u7406\u89e3\u5982\u4f55\u904b\u7528\u6e25\u592a\u83ef\u61b2\u7ae0\u7684 5 \u5927\u884c\u52d5\u65b9\u91dd\u6253\u9020\u66f4\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u8207\u751f\u6d3b\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u6578\u4f4d\u5de5\u5177\u5982 Walkii\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u80fd\u4ee5\u66f4\u9ad8\u6548\u7387\u3001\u66f4\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u5b8c\u6210\u771f\u6b63\u6709\u6548\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\u8a08\u756b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f\u5f9e\u300c\u88ab\u52d5\u6cbb\u7642\u300d\u5230\u300c\u4e3b\u52d5\u638c\u63a7\u300d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u904e\u53bb\u4f01\u696d\u591a\u534a\u4f9d\u8cf4\u9ad4\u6aa2\u8207\u4fdd\u96aa\u4f86\u300c\u8655\u7406\u554f\u984c\u300d\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u7a2e\u505a\u6cd5\u7121\u6cd5\u771f\u6b63\u63d0\u5347\u54e1\u5de5\u5065\u5eb7\u3002\u8981\u6253\u9020\u5065\u5eb7\u4e14\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u95dc\u9375\u5728\u65bc\u900f\u904e\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\uff0c\u8b93\u54e1\u5de5\u80fd\u5728\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u8207\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u4e3b\u52d5\u7d93\u71df\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6838\u5fc3\u5b9a\u7fa9\uff1a\u589e\u5f37\u5c0d\u81ea\u8eab\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u638c\u63a7\u529b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hpa.gov.tw\/EngPages\/List.aspx?nodeid=4637\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032<\/a><\/strong>\uff08Health Promotion\uff09\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54\uff08WHO\uff09\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u6307\u7684\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u80fd\u5e6b\u52a9\u4eba\u5011<strong>\u589e\u5f37\u5c0d\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u80fd\u529b<\/strong>\u4e26\u6301\u7e8c\u63d0\u5347\u5065\u5eb7\u6c34\u6e96\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u3002<br>\u5b83\u5f37\u8abf\u7684\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u300c\u4e0d\u751f\u75c5\u300d\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u8b93\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u80fd\u4e3b\u52d5\u7372\u5f97\u7dad\u6301\u5065\u5eb7\u6240\u9700\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\u3001\u6280\u80fd\u3001\u74b0\u5883\u8207\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u5065\u5eb7\u4e0d\u518d\u53ea\u662f\u91ab\u7642\u9662\u6240\u7684\u8cac\u4efb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u500b\u4eba\u8207\u4f01\u696d\u90fd\u61c9\u5efa\u7acb\u53ef\u4ee5 <strong>\u9577\u671f\u7dad\u6301\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8207\u884c\u52d5\u7b56\u7565<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u91cd\u9ede\u4e0d\u662f\u6cbb\u7642\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u9810\u5148\u5efa\u7acb\u5065\u5eb7\u80fd\u529b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5225\u641e\u6df7\uff01\u9810\u9632\u91ab\u5b78 vs. \u5065\u5eb7\u4fc3\u9032\u6bd4\u8f03\u8868<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u807d\u8d77\u4f86\u76f8\u4f3c\u7684\u300c\u9810\u9632\u300d\u8207\u300c\u4fc3\u9032\u300d\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u8207\u6548\u679c\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u900f\u904e\u4e0b\u8868\uff0c\u5c07\u80fd\u4e00\u773c\u770b\u61c2\u5169\u8005\u7684\u5dee\u5225\uff0c\u4e26\u627e\u51fa\u6700\u9069\u5408\u4f01\u696d\u8207\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u505a\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
